Italian Inspired Cocktails Perfect for Fall in Las Vegas
Nightfall is coming earlier and crisper, family and friends and coworkers are gathering for holiday schmoozing—gosh, what a good time of year for a cocktail, huh?
Not just a wine lover’s paradise, of course, Italy serves up some of the world’s most beloved cocktails. Here are a few of the fall-friendly standouts you’ll find on the Mercato Della Pescheria menu: tried-and-true classics and house specialties alike!
The Negroni
Certainly one of the iconic mixed drinks of Italy, the Negroni weaves together gin, vermouth, and Campari to create one straight-shooting, crowd-pleasing aperitif. Here at Mercato Della Pescheria, you can order that classic version as well as the popular variation called the Negroni Spagliato, in which Stellina di Note Prosecco pinch-hits for the gin.
The Sgroppino
Another defining Italian cocktail that tastes mighty good on an autumn evening, the Sgroppino hails from Venice. Ours weaves together Ketel One Citron Vodka, Caravella Limoncello, Stellina di Notte Prosecco, and Lemon Sorbet for your sipping pleasure.
Il Padrino
It’s not an Italian-born spirit, OK, but we’ll be the first to admit that Scotch whiskey really hits the spot when the days shorten and the temperatures start heading south. (Not that they ever head too far south in Vegas.) Our Il Padrino blends Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch with Disaronno Amaretto, and we heartily recommend sampling it this fall.
Espresso Martini
Among our varied Mercato Della Pescheria martinis is this one: with its combo of Stoli Vanilla Vodka , Caffe Broghetti Liqueur, and fresh espresso, a cozy, tantalizing choice for the season.
San Gennaro
This house specialty is another whiskey drink, only instead of Scotch it puts the spotlight on Templeton Rye, stirred with St. George Bruto Americano, brown sugar, and bitters.
La Dolce Vita
Another of our signature cocktails here at Mercato Della Pescheria, the La Dolce Vita weaves in to its mix of Malfy Gin Von LImone, Foss Marai Brut Rose, and lemon juice a little bit of fall magic courtesy of our housemade Blueberry Grenadine.

Of course, the above lineup has only scratched the spirited surface of our cocktail list, but any of these representatives will certainly hit the spot on an autumnal visit to our Las Vegas restaurant.
